The five steps

1. 01

   Step 1: 20–60 minutes · no obligation

   Showroom visit

   You walk in, we make coffee. No sales pitch — we listen first. What space do you have, how do you use it, which style appeals?

   • No-obligation and free, no pressure to decide anything
   • View the bathrooms, feel materials, compare tiles and taps
   • First indication of budget and possibilities

   What to expect

   We work by appointment so you get our full attention. Bring photos of your current bathroom, or a floor plan if you have one — not required, but useful. At the end of the conversation you'll get a rough direction (which model, what layout, ballpark price) so you can think it over at home.

2. 02

   Step 2: 1–2 hours · either way

   Measuring — by you or our specialist

   Two options: measure yourself with our clear guide, or one of our specialists visits to take the measurements. Which works best depends on room complexity and your preference — both are free.

   • Self-measure: step-by-step form (A4), a tape measure is enough
   • Or we book a measuring visit at your home
   • Either way: a few clear photos of walls, plumbing and ventilation help

   What to expect

   For a straightforward renovation, measuring with our guide is usually enough — send the measurements and photos via WhatsApp or email and we'll work them into the design. For complex spaces (sloped walls, older homes, doubts about plumbing) we prefer to send our own measuring specialist. Just ask, we'll figure out what fits.

3. 03

   Step 3: Ready within 2 weeks

   Design + quote

   We create a design and layout of your bathroom — not a generic template, but exactly your space with your tiles, sanitary ware and taps. Plus a transparent quote.

   What to expect

   After measuring we plan a second appointment at the showroom to walk through the design. You'll get the design and quote digitally. Take as long as you need to think — we won't pressure you. Changes are possible until the order is placed; we'll make as many revisions as needed.

4. 04

   Step 4: In stock: 1–2 wk · ordered: 4–8 wk

   Sanitary ware delivery

   Many models are in stock — we deliver those within one to two weeks. Specific colours, sizes or non-stock brands are ordered in; expect 4 to 8 weeks of sea freight from the Netherlands or Italy. We track the whole process so installation can run as one continuous project.

   • Stock items: 1–2 weeks from our showroom
   • Ordered items: 4–8 weeks — depending on brand and freight
   • We order everything complete before installation — no waiting on one missing part

   What to expect

   The order goes ahead after approval of the quote and a deposit. During this phase we also arrange the teardown of your old bathroom, any adjustments to pipework and electrics, and plan the installation date. Nothing left for you to do but look forward to it.

5. 05

   Step 5: 4–7 days · certified partner

   Installation on Curaçao

   Our fixed installation partner on the island installs your bathroom. Same people, project after project — we've worked together for years. We do the final inspection together, key handover and coffee to close.

   What to expect

   On the agreed day we're at your door in the morning. Expect 4 to 7 working days for a complete bathroom — demolition, plumbing, tiling, fitting and finish. Larger or more complex projects may run slightly longer; you'll hear that from us beforehand. We cover the floor and surroundings against dust, clean up every evening, and hand over at the end of the last day with a walk-through of every drawer, door and tap. Plus a maintenance instruction card.
