Yes — entirely free and no-obligation. After measuring up at your home we create a design and layout for your bathroom that you can take home and share with family. Only when you sign off on the design and quote does the order go through. No deposit before that moment.
Small changes (tap colour, type of vanity unit) are free before the order is placed. Once the sanitary ware is ordered, changes can carry extra cost or delay because parts are already on their way. Major layout changes require a new design. We're always upfront about this before you sign.
You get the full factory warranty on the sanitary ware and taps (depending on the brand, often 5 years or more). On top of that we give a 2-year warranty on the installation through our installation partner. Sanioutlet stays your single point of contact — no need to call the factories yourself.
We work with a fixed, certified installation partner on the island — plumber and tiler included. No changing faces, consistent quality. We remain your point of contact for planning, progress and any questions during or after the installation.

No, that's not necessary. Our installation partner takes care of removing the old sanitary ware and disposing of it as part of the project. Discuss this during the measurement and we'll include it in the quote.
Yes. Sanioutlet, Keukenoutlet and Tegeloutlet are sister stores and share one showroom in Willemstad. If you're renovating your kitchen, bathroom and tiles at once, you book a single appointment and we arrange the right specialist for each part.
