Sanioutlet Curaçao("we", "us") values your privacy. This statement explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and clear — no legal fog.
1. Who processes your data?

2. What data do we collect?
We only collect what you give us yourself through our forms (appointment, contact, quote) or by direct contact via email, phone or WhatsApp:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The content of your message or question
- Optionally: preferences for your bathroom (style, budget, timing)
We use no tracking cookies, no analytics, and share no data with advertising networks.
3. Why do we collect it?
- To respond to your enquiry
- To schedule a showroom visit
- To prepare a suitable quote
- To handle questions about an ongoing project or aftercare
Legal basis: performance of a (prospective) contract and your explicit consent when submitting a form.
4. How long do we keep your data?
- Enquiries with no follow-up: maximum 6 months
- Quotes: up to 12 months, unless converted into a project
- Clients with a completed renovation: 7 years — for warranty, aftercare and legal accounting obligations
- Newsletter sign-up: until you unsubscribe (link in every email)
5. Who do we share with?
Only when necessary to fulfil your project:
- Our installation partners (plumber, tiler, electrician) — name, address, phone
- Our suppliers — only delivery address, no contact details
- Our email provider (technical mail storage)
We never sell data to third parties. We never share with marketing or advertising companies.
6. Security
Our forms are sent via HTTPS. Email correspondence is stored on secure servers of reputable providers. Internal access is restricted to staff who need your file for their work.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- See what data we hold about you
- Ask for incorrect data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing
- Receive a copy of your data (data portability)
- Withdraw consent — applies from the moment of withdrawal

8. Lodging a complaint
Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. For Kingdom of the Netherlands residents that is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We may amend this statement if legislation or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
